Outside the UAE

For items shipped to addresses outside the UAE you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item, (10 days should be allowed for postage), with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Within the UAE

For items shipped to addresses within the UAE you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, (7 days should be allowed for postage), with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Thinking of returning an item?

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Please return the item to Media Prima, Unit 16 Dune Centre, Al Dyaffa Road, Jumeirah, P.O. Box 29997, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please return a copy of your order in your return package.

Please use the Media Prima delivery packaging or suitable packaging which will ensure the item is returned in its original condition.

We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method for your return so the package can be tracked if not received.

Please note the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and if your item was requested to be gift wrapped this part of the order will not be refunded.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you feel an item we've sent you is faulty, please let us know. We may ask you to return it to us so that we can investigate the fault. We'll then contact you to agree the best resolution.
